I have been reading BRAWN by Stuart McRoberts, and from his point of view I what gets lost with the typical mcrobert follower is the lack of. Stuart McRobert (born in England) is a writer on strength training, best known as the Brawn (); The Insider’s Tell-All Handbook On Weight- Training. I’ve known McRobert for nearly 25 years. I devoured his first book, BRAWN, the very evening it arrived in my mailbox all the way from Cyprus.

I think that Stuart McRoberts programs are good programs, and that he is sincere in mfrobert to help “hardgainers” and naturals. So this does not help the year-old wanting to gain muscle for football or simply the year-old who wants to gain more strength.
